Agave Beauty is committed to providing our clients with a clean and professional atmosphere. The following policies are set in place to enhance each and every clients experience when walking through our doors. In order to provide that experience we ask that our clients and staff members follow the policies below.
Reservation Policy
In order to protect our employees and clients we ask that you please wear a mask during your service
Scheduling appointments can be done through our online scheduler. The only exception to this is if there is a time slot available and the system does not let you book it. If that is the case please call 214-494-1982 and we will gladly help you.
For New Guest receiving waxing any waxing services, we ask that you bring a valid drivers license and arrived 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out any paper work needed. Please feel free to ask the professional any questions that you may have during this time.
For returning guest, we ask that you arrive a minimum of 5 minutes in advance of being serviced
Please refrain from bringing any additional people to your scheduled appointment.
Tardiness Policy
We understand that things happen. However, if you arrive 10 minutes late you will be charged a $15 fee and have to reschedule. You maybe able to reschedule your appointment for the time you arrived depending on if there is any availability.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If you fail to cancel your scheduled appointment within 48 hours to being serviced you will forfeit your deposit.
If something is beyond Agave Beauty control such as weather, professional being sick, and etc. We will make sure you are given as much advance notice as possible.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show to your scheduled appointment without any notice you will be marked as a “No Call No Show” A fee of 50% for service(s) booked will be charged.
Refund Policy
All services, gift cards and packages are final sale.
Age Requirement Policy
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive private services without the approval or having to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your professional will remain confidential.
Handicapped Accessible
I do apologize, but unfortunately our space is not handicap accessible at this time
Sunday and After Hour Appointments
Sunday appointments and After hour appointments require full payment during scheduling. After hour appointments are subject to an additional $20 charge.
If an After Hour client is a NO SHOW or does not cancel within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment. A refunded of half of the their service(s) booked will be given back excluding the additional $20.
You agree to all terms once booking is complete.
